Tupelo, Miss., May 24 – Air Lease Corp. priced $300 million of two-year floating-rate medium-term notes (BBB/BBB/Kroll: A-) on Friday at par to yield Libor plus 67 basis points, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Wells Fargo Securities LLC was the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used to purchase commercial aircraft.
Air Lease is a Los Angeles-based aircraft leasing company.
