Air Lease extends revolver, increases commitments to $4.5 billion

Olympia, Wash., May 3 – Air Lease Corp. amended and extended its unsecured revolving credit facility on Wednesday with administrative agent JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA to extend the maturity and increase commitments, according to a press release.

The amendment extends the maturity of a substantial majority of the revolving commitments to May 5, 2022 from May 5, 2021 and increases total revolving commitments to $4.5 billion from $3.9 billion.

The syndicated unsecured revolver remains priced at Libor plus 105 basis points with a 20 bps facility fee, each subject to adjustments based on changes in the company’s credit ratings.
