New York, March 4 - Air Lease Corp. announced the pricing of $76.53 million of 1.617% secured notes due 2024 guaranteed by the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank). ALEX Alpha, LLC is the issuer.
Settlement is anticipated for March 11.
Proceeds are earmarked for refinancing a portion of the purchase price of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft and to finance the related premium charged by Ex-Im Bank for its guarantee,
J.P. Morgan and Citigroup are acting as joint bookrunning managers.
Air Lease is a Los Angeles aircraft leasing company.
