Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, Texas, to sell $76.6 million debt

New York, Oct. 22 - The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District of Texas is set to price $76.6 million of series 2012A school building and refunding bonds during the week of Oct. 22, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (//AA) will be sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance school renovation, school site acquisitions, new school design fees and refund existing debt.
