Fitch gives AAA to Cypress Fairbanks I.S.D. bonds
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AAA enhanced rating and AA- underlying rating to Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District, Texas' $259 million series 2008 unlimited-tax school building and refunding bonds.
The bonds are expected to sell the week of July 14 via negotiation.
Fitch affirmed the AA- underlying rating on the district's $1.4 billion in outstanding unlimited tax bonds.
The enhanced rating is based on the guarantee provided by the Texas Permanent School Fund.
The outlook is stable.
