Airgas eyeing $300 million sale of senior notes due 2024

Virginia beach, June 12 – Airgas, Inc. is set to price $300 million of senior notes due 2024, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the lead managers.

Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBS Securities Inc., SMBC Nikko, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are the co-managers.

The maker of specialty and industrial gases is based in Radnor, Pa.
