Airgas calls all $150 million 6.25% notes due 2014 at 103.125

Milwaukee, Sept. 11 – Airgas, Inc. announced it will redeem all of its $150 million 6.25% senior subordinated notes due July 15, 2014.

Airgas said in a press release that the notes will be redeemed in full on Oct. 13 at 103.125.

Airgas is a distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases and related products with headquarters in Radnor, Pa.
