Moody's keeps CW Media on review

Moody's Investors Service said it said that the ongoing rating review for CW Media Holdings Inc. will continue and is likely to be completed only subsequent to the details of an anticipated restructuring of Canwest Media Inc.'s balance sheet are known.

Moody's said that its most recent rating action concerning CW Media was taken on April 13, at which time the company's ratings were placed on review for possible upgrade.

The agency added that the were assigned by evaluating factors Moody's believes are relevant to the credit profile of the issuer, such as the business risk and competitive position of the company versus others within its industry.
