New York, Dec. 12 – Air France-KLM priced a $145 million offering of 4.35% notes due 2026, according to a news release.
The debt was placed with Asian institutional investors as an unlisted private placement.
BOC International was bookrunner.
The notes are backed by a standby letter of credit issued by Bank of China Ltd., Paris Branch.
Air France swapped the proceeds into euros, achieving an all-in cost of 4%.
The issuer said that the transaction will lengthen its debt profile.
Air France is a Roissy, France-based airline.
