Air China to issue RMB 2 billion of commercial paper

New York, May 26 - Air China Ltd. said it plans to issue up to RMB 2 billion of short-term commercial paper to institutional investors in mainland China.

Proceeds will be used towards working capital.

Bank of China is the main underwriter for the issue.

Air China, which has headquarters in Beijing, operates domestic passenger and cargo flights and arranges special flights.
