Cumulus Media plans to repay term loan facility with note proceeds

Cleveland, April 24 - Cumulus Media Inc. announced it intends to repay in full the term loan under the company's existing senior secured credit facilities with proceeds from its proposed offering of $610 million of senior notes due 2019.

Cumulus Media is an Atlanta-based radio broadcaster.
