Cumulus seeks loan amendment to allow for additional stock repurchases

New York, May 9 - Cumulus Media Inc. is commencing discussions with its credit facility lenders regarding an amendment that would permit the repurchase of an additional $100 million of class A common stock, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

Cumulus Media is an Atlanta-based owner and operator of frequency modulation and amplitude modulation radio station clusters serving mid-sized markets.
