Aircastle redeems all $500 million of 6.25% senior notes due 2019

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – Aircastle Ltd. redeemed all $500 million of its outstanding 6.25% senior notes due 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were redeemed on July 14 at a price equal to $10,915,525.13, consisting of a redemption premium of 101.436577 and accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of $3,732,638.89.

Accordingly, the total redemption payment was $510,915,525.13.

Stamford, Conn.-based Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines.
