New Issue: Aircastle prices $650 million 5.95% notes due 2029 at 205 bps spread

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 18 – Aircastle Ltd. sold $650 million of 5.95% notes due Feb. 15, 2029 on Wednesday, according to information provided by a market source.

The notes priced with a spread of 205 basis points over Treasuries, tight to initial talk in the Treasuries plus 230 bps area.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Agricole CIB, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

Stamford, Conn.-based Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines.
