Lone investor also gets 300,000 company common shares along with note

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 14 – Cubed, Inc. completed a $50,000 private placement of an unsecured promissory note with a single investor on Oct. 9, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The note will be repaid with a 50% premium once the company completes a debt or equity financing of at least $75,000.
The investor also received 300,000 common shares.
The development-stage software company is based in Las Vegas.
