CTI Foods Chapter 11 plan unanimously accepted by voting creditors

Pittsburgh, April 9 – CTI Foods, LLC’s Chapter 11 plan was unanimously accepted by voting creditors, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, all 99 holders of $328.64 million of first-lien term loan claims and all 46 holders of $124.13 million of second-lien term loan claims voted to accept the plan.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for April 18.

CTI is a Meridian, Idaho-based provider of food products to national chain restaurants. The company filed bankruptcy on March 11 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10497.
