S&P: CTI Foods view negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on CTI Foods Holding Co. LLC to negative from stable and affirmed its corporate credit rating.

The outlook revision reflects concerns about tight covenant cushion on the company's funded debt-to-EBITDA covenant in the coming quarters, according to the agency.
