CSK gets loan waiver of financial filing deadlines

New York, Aug. 13 - CSK Auto Inc. got a waiver under its credit facility, providing for an extension of financial filing deadlines, according to a news release.

The company now has until Sept. 15 to file its 10-Qs for each of the quarters of fiscal 2006 and for the first quarter of fiscal 2007, and until Oct. 15 to file its 10-Q for the second quarter of fiscal 2007.

The company will pay a fee of $162,500 for the waiver.

CSK is a Phoenix, Ariz.-based specialty retailer in the automotive aftermarket.
