CSK Auto gets loan waiver, extending financial delivery deadline

New York, June 13 - CSK Auto Inc. got a waiver under its credit facility, extending until Aug. 15 the deadline to deliver quarterly and full-year financial statements for fiscal year 2006 and the first quarter of fiscal 2007, according to a company news release.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

CSK Auto is a Phoenix, Ariz.-based specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts and accessories.
