S&P trims Crestwood rating

Standard & Poor’s said it lowered its corporate credit and senior secured issue ratings on Crestwood Holdings LLC to B- from B.

The outlook is stable.

S&P said the downgrade reflects the implementation of the master limited partnership and general partnership criteria.
