Credit Suisse to price Accelerated Return Notes linked to S&P 500

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 1 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature about 42 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 128% to 140% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par for losses of up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if the index falls more than 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 22546T3G4) are expected to price in March and settle three business days later.
