New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $531,000 buffered enhanced participation notes on iShares EM fund

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 22 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $531,000 of 0% buffered enhanced participation equity securities due Jan. 15, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% times any gain in the index fund, up to a maximum return of 19.11%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 17.5% and will lose 1.212121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
