Credit Suisse plans buffered enhanced notes linked to MSCI EAFE index

Chicago, Oct. 10 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% buffered enhanced participation equity securities due in 18 to 21 months linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any index gain, up to an underlying return cap of 13.325% to 15.6%. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price and settle in October.

The Cusip number is 22546TD57.
