New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $605,000 buffered accelerated return notes on EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $605,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return up to a 10.5% maximum gain.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Incapital LLC are the agents.
