New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.35 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.35 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Dec. 26, 2020 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,174.45 per $1000 face amount of notes.
If the index return is negative but not less than negative 10%, the payout will be par.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
