New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $4.63 million buffered accelerated return notes on index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, July 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $4.63 million of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due July 22, 2021 linked to a basket of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 50% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 50% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.346 times the return of the basket.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 10%.
