New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $7.3 million Bares on basket of two indexes, one ETF

Columbus, Ohio, June 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.3 million of 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due June 27, 2024 tied to an equally weight basket of seven stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with an 87.5% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 7.5% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 5% weight.

If the basket return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the basket return. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and lose 1% for every 1% decline in the basket beyond 20%.
