Credit Suisse plans to price leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due in 24 to 27 months tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,156.80 to $1,184 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The Cusip number is 22552FED0.
