New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.75 million leveraged notes linked to EM fund

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.75 million of 0% leveraged notes due Aug. 15, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the fund return, subject to a maximum settlement of $1,208 for each $1,000 note.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the fund.
