Credit Suisse plans to price leveraged notes linked to S&P 500 index

Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged index-linked due in 13 to 15 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,132 to $1,155.20 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The Cusip is 22550WWM5.
