New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $379,000 absolute return barrier notes on the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., April 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $379,000 of 0% absolute return barrier securities due March 29, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 124.35% of the index return.
If the index falls but finishes at or above the 70% knock-in level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
