Credit Suisse to price return enhanced notes on Industrial Select fund

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Feb. 6, 2019 linked to the Industrial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the ETF gain, subject to a maximum return of 19.5%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.

The notes will price on Jan. 19.

The Cusip number is 22550W7D3.
