Credit Suisse plans digital plus barrier notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price digital plus barrier notes due Jan. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the fixed payment of 57.5% to 62.5%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 23 and settle on Dec. 30.

The Cusip number is 22548QPP4.
