New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $41,000 leveraged buffered notes on iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., July 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $41,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due March 3, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,205.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
