New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $50,000 CS notes linked to S&P 500 index

Chicago, Sept. 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $50,000 of 0% CS notes due June 3, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return, capped at 10%. If the final index level is less than the initial index level, the payout will be par.
