By William Gullotti
Buffalo, N.Y., May 2 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.06 million of autocallable yield notes due Nov. 2 linked to the lowest performing of the stocks of Apple Inc., Bank of America Corp. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a monthly coupon at an annual rate of 14.7%, or 7.35% for the term.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial price on any monthly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 75% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing stock.
