New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $654,000 buffered accelerated return notes on EM ETF

Chicago, March 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $654,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Sept. 21, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the ETF return up to a 21.65% maximum gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
