Credit Suisse plans to issue five-year green senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., May 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch will price an offering of five-year green senior notes, according to a market announcement.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd. is the stabilization manager.

Credit Suisse AG is a financial services company based in Zurich.
