New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $0.85 million 0% ProNotes linked to global index basket

New York, Nov. 27 - Credit Suisse (USA), Inc. priced a $0.85 million issue of 0% ProNotes due Nov. 30, 2010 linked to a global index basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight, the S&P 500 with a 25% weight, the FTSE 100 index with an 18.75% weight, the Nikkei 225 index with an 18.75% weight and the S&P/ASX 200 index with a 7.5% weight.

If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, investors will share in the percentage gain multiplied by 105%. Investors will receive par if the basket level is less than or equal to the initial level.

The final basket level will be the average of the level of the indexes on the 22nd day of each month from September 2010 through and including November 2010.
