Credit Bank of Moscow guides $300 million 5.25-year loan participation notes to yield 7 1/8%-7¼%

Portland, Ore., March 18 – Credit Bank of Moscow talked its $300 million minimum offering of 5.25-year loan participation notes (//expected BB-) to yield 7 1/8% to 7¼% on Monday, according to market sources.

Talk tightened from earlier guidance in the 7¼% area, a source said.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering is expected to price later on Monday.

Citigroup, Societe Geenrale, Commerzbank, ING and Sova Capital are joint lead managers and bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general banking purposes.

Credit Bank of Moscow is a full-service commercial and consumer bank.
