CraftWorks five-member official unsecured creditors committee formed

Pittsburgh, March 13 – CraftWorks Holdings, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Brad Boe of Performance Food Group of Englewood, Colo.; Matthew Levy of FS KKR Capital Corp. of New York; David Pinheiro of Joe Pinheiro & Sons Dairy of Tipton, Calif.; S. Curtis Marshall of the Coca-Cola Co., based in Atlanta; and Julie Minnick-Bowden of Brookfield Property REIT, Inc. of Chicago.

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CraftWorks operates and franchises full-service restaurants. The company filed bankruptcy on March 3 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10475.
