Buffalo, N.Y., March 29 – AIA Group Ltd. priced $600 million of 4.95% 10-year notes on Tuesday with a spread of 145 basis points over Treasuries, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 180 bps area.
BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are the bookrunners.
AIA is a pan-Asian life insurance group based in Hong Kong.
