Fitch rates Corporate Office notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it gave a BBB- rating to Corporate Office Properties LP’s senior unsecured notes.

The BBB- rating is in line with Fitch ratings for Corporate Office’s other senior unsecured notes.

Corporate Office Properties Trust intends to use the proceeds to pay off its $350 million of unsecured notes due 2023 and for any remaining amount to go towards other general and corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
