S&P: Core Education on watch

Standard & Poor's said it had placed its B+ long-term corporate credit rating on Core Education & Technologies Ltd. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"We placed the ratings on CreditWatch because Core's funding and liquidity may weaken following last week's steep drop in the company's share price," said S&P credit analyst Katsuyuki Nakai in a news release.
