By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Sept. 30 - Copia: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts in California failed to make a $133,524 payment due Sept. 25 under a May 1, 2007 loan agreement, according to a notice of material event released Tuesday.

The center said the missed payment constitutes a "significant event" under a May 24, 2007 continuing disclosure agreement with the trustee for its California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank refunding revenue bonds.
