New Issue: Controladora Comercial Mexicana sells $200 million 28-day certificados bursatiles at 7.79%

New York, Feb. 1 - Controladora Comercial Mexicana SA de CV (CCM) sold $200 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) at 99.398 to yield 7.79% via an auction on Wednesday.

Bids ranged from 7.74 % to 7.83%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for the transaction.

The issue number is 001 in CCM's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a retail chain.
