Six-year, half-share warrants are included in offering's equity units

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 5 - ContraVir Pharmaceuticals Inc. settled a $3.23 million private placement of units on Feb. 4, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 9,485,294 units of one common share and a half-share warrant at $0.34 per unit.
The whole warrants are each exercisable at $0.37 for six years.
The private biopharmaceutical company is based in New York.
