Contract Research Solutions three-member creditors committee named

Charlotte, N.C., April 9 - Contract Research Solutions, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include Steven McKinnon of MacKinnon Calderwood Advertising of Mississauga, Ont.; Rakesh Nayyar of Cytoquest Corp. of Thornhill, Ont.; and Brooks Gordon of Gate (MO) QRS 16-95, Inc. of New York.

Contract Research, also known as Cetero, is a Cary, N.C.-based contract research organization that provides testing services for name-brand pharmaceutical and generic drug companies. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 26. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-11004.
