Contra Costa Water, Calif., prepares $53.54 million of refunding notes

New York, Aug. 17 – The Contra Costa Water District of California is set to price $53.54 million of series D water revenue refunding notes on Thursday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/AA/) will be sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The notes are due Oct. 1, 2019.

Proceeds will be used to refund all or a portion of the district’s series A and B water revenue notes.
