Fitch gives Consumers Energy bonds A+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned Consumers Energy Co.'s first mortgage bonds an A+ rating.
The rating is in line with the ratings on Consumers’ other first mortgage bonds.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
